A&M undertook the design, fit-out and project implementation by following both the Greek management standards and the international standards of CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD pertaining to regional offices. By limiting costs to levels acceptable by the company, A&M created open plan spaces, meeting and presentation rooms, by tailoring the building’s infrastructure to fit the needs of CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD.

In the area of Ampelokipi, CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD moved, with the assistance of A&M, its departments into an office space of 150 m2, creating a work environment of high aesthetic and productive value, which serves both Greek and international clients from Greece and Cyprus. When
In early 2007 the company moved to the 15th floor of the Tower of Athens. Two years later, it moved, into a building that meets its current requirements in Sevastoupoleos Street (Red Cross Hospital area). A&M was available at all times to attend its client' s requirements.
