What
Acting on behalf of the Ζaad Trading company, A&M put forward a pioneering architectural proposal regarding the «Jeddah Star», a new complex in the coastal area of the second largest Saudi city. The proposal features modern residences, commercial zones and a luxurious 180-bed hotel. The 5-star hotel (Jeddah Star Hotel) is located in the eastern part of the land plot and the private apartments (Jeddah Star Luxury Apartments) are located in its western part, with a view to the sea. A commercial zone connects the two residential areas.
Where
The city of Jeddah is the largest in Western Saudi Arabia and occuppies the coastal region of Red Sea. This modern building complex will be meeting the highest standards in hotel and residential design. Upon completion of the project, the outskirts of the city will be expanding through this high-profile development.
When
The project started in 2010; The first design stage was completed in 2011, including the hotel, the residential zone and the commercial area of the complex.
