    Eat Greek

Aiming at enhancing the airport ambience and taking into account passengers feedback in the daily satisfaction survey, Athens International Airport introduced a number of aesthetic and functional upgrades in the Main Terminal Building, combined with new, innovative services. The departure process in the Intra-Schengen zone is redesigned to an open gate concept aiming to minimize passengers security dwell time, while enhancing the airport journey experience. Assigned by SSP Group, A&M introduced in the Greek market an innovative F&B concept, namely Eat Greek. Eat Greek honors the breadth of traditional Greek cuisine by bringing fresh, wholesome cooking from all regions of Greece to a contemporary and comfortable setting, first introduced in Dubai.

A&M designed and managed the implementation of Eat Greek concept in AIA. The challenge in designing the new Eat Greek was to alter the service mode from a fine dining concept to a more self & quick service F&B unit that lead in a totally new operational and aesthetic result. A&M, understanding the Airport's high complexity environment and limited fit-out time available, managed to deliver this project in just 26 days! A&M experience in similar projects lead to a detailed design study as well as strict project planning that offered a zero defect result, promoting simultaneously the Brand's core identity elements blended with innovation.
