Athens International Airport

One of the most modern, functional and secure airports  in the world, the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos is the largest aviation hub in Southeast Europe, but also a centre for financial and social development in Attica. The construction of the airport was undertaken -following an international tender- by the German company Hochtief. The latter, with a share of 39.97%, the Greek government with a 55% share and the Kopelouzos group, are the main shareholders of the consortium responsible for the Eleftherios Venizelos airport. On behalf of SSP Travel Food Experts, Α&Μ undertook the design and construction management of 8 F&B units, developed around a central square (platea). In the departures level Negroni, Yumcha, Grab& Go, Platea, Le Grand Comptoir, and Panopolis are located in a free flow concept maximising sales while offering to the passengers a great variety of food and beverage offers. On the mezzanine level are located Flocafe and LaPasteria that have been designed to achieve a cozy & homey atmosphere for amore relaxed experience within the Airport environment.
