  • Site Engineer

    A&M is in search of dedicated associates for the position of Site Engineer, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in different scale projects and be familiar with compliance management systems according to ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001.


    Our new associate will work closely with the construction and finance department of the company and will have to:

    • Supervise all technical works and the everyday schedule of projects
    • Manage supplies & warehouse stock, such as materials and equipment
    • Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
    • Ensure works are performed on time, while maintaining high-quality levels.
    • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and safety guidelines
    • Deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required


    • Bachelor’s degree of Architecture or Civil Engineer (AEI / TEI) or Mechanical – Electrical Engineer.
    • Relevant Experience in commercial projects such as offices & hospitality
    • Familiarity with strict timetables and budgets.
    • Familiarity with the subject of basic Electrical – Mechanical works
    • Compliance with quality assurance, Health and Safety systems procedures.
    • MS Project knowledge is a plus
    • Proficient in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD

  • Graphic Designer

    A&M Architects is looking for a Graphic Designer!
    Our new team member needs to have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design, environmental graphics, wayfinding and typography.
    In addition, the candidate needs to also have experience working in a variety of design disciplines such as digital and print.
    Our new team member will be part of a team and will often collaborate with other design disciplines such as architects, interior designers and 3D visualizers.

    •Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
    •Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
    •Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

    •Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
    •4-6 years of experience in graphic design
    •Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    •Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
    •Proficient in English

  • Project Manager

    A&M Architects is looking for an ambitious and passionate team player to join the PM team as a Project Manager. Our new member will be based in Athens and will be responsible for various regional and international A&M Projects.


    • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other engineering discipline
    • 8+ years of progressive responsibility in managing construction projects
    • Experience in international projects and proficient in English both written and oral
    • Principles and methods of cost accounting, contracts, project management, project engineering, estimating, scheduling, procurement, negotiating, applicable codes and regulations, basic understanding of related architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings
    • Effective oral and written communications to operate as Project Team Leader and focal point for client relations
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
    • Excellent knowledge of the International Standards & Applicable Laws in Construction Projects

  • Bids and Contract Administrator

    A&M Architects S.A. is in search of a Bids and Contract Administrator, for their Athens Offices.

    As Bids & Contract Administrator you will be assigned for:

    • Reassuring the best possible proposal responses in terms of completeness, appropriateness and selects the best added value options.
    • Cooperation with multidisciplinary departments of A&M such as Architects, Engineers, Interiors, Graphics and Project Managers.
    • The preparation / packaging of Tender Response Documents and Proposals within a designated Company system.
    • The smooth management of the Proposal Responses.
    • Drafting Contracts according to company’s templates.
    • Processing and analyzing data.

    All tasks above should be executed:

    • Using analytical and critical thinking.
    • Demonstrating a good understanding of the market and commercial transactions.
    • Performing effective and clear communication providing offer’s clarifications to the clients.

    Qualifications required:

    • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position and preferably in Procurement and Cost related procedures in a technical environment.
    • Excellent use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
    • Proficiency English (most of proposals and contracts are in the English Language).
    • A Master’s degree in a relevant field or experience in programming and analysis will be considered as an asset.
