The Y Hotel

Fofi and Babis Yfantis, owners of the Y HOTEL, decided to rebuild the old Best Western Katerina hotel. Their vision was the complete overhaul of the hotel’s image, the renovation and complete modernization of its infrastructure, in a bid to meet the contemporary hotel market requirements. A&M undertook all design tasks and carried out the implementation of the owners’ vision, making the project one of the most successful collaborations of the A&M «Clients & Friends» section. Dealing with all required licenses and permits to the final implementation and construction Α&Μ provided all architectural and structural designs, Interior & Graphics. The project was delivered in time, at a minimum cost. In one of the most exclusive areas of the northern suburbs, the Y HOTEL stands out from an architectural point of view while its strict lines add a note of eclecticism.
